Was the agreed next step completed?

An example of structure, not a client result. The actual format and scope are agreed for your engagement.

Hours, volumes, staffing, ownership and integrations depend on the selected package and detailed proposal.

Describe the operation you need

Share your channels, required coverage, service languages, current team arrangement and the nature of incoming interactions. Explain how requests are assigned and escalated today so that the proposal can distinguish managed operation from remote guidance for your team.

Channels, tickets, quality and reporting

Channel operation handles the agreed contact points. Ticket management organizes requests and follow-up. Quality review and reporting help keep the operation visible to its owners. Specific tools, access, staffing and licensing are defined in the detailed proposal.

Agree who operates and who decides

Clarify what Blink handles, what stays with your team and which cases require your decision. Discuss escalation contacts, knowledge ownership and the review process. These responsibilities depend on the chosen service model.

How do Silver, Gold and Platinum differ?

Silver uses one primary channel and set hours with Arabic service. Gold adds multiple channels, extended coverage, Arabic and English, and supervised tracking. Platinum offers full integration, flexible coverage up to 24/7, languages as needed and a fully managed model. Confirm the detailed scope in the proposal.

Is 24/7 service included in every package?

Silver offers set hours, Gold offers extended coverage, and Platinum offers flexible coverage up to 24/7. The actual schedule and language requirements must be agreed.
